Adventure Craft is a voxel RPG platform that combines procedural world generation, deep combat mechanics, and AI-driven storytelling into a cohesive gaming experience.
Our Mission
We believe game development should be accessible, modular, and fun. Adventure Craft provides a complete, extensible platform that lets creators focus on designing experiences rather than reinventing foundational systems.
Built as a Turborepo monorepo with clean package boundaries, the platform separates core RPG logic, world generation, UI components, and game client code into independently versioned packages. The core engine is planned for open-source release by end of 2026 so developers can build their own games on top — Viking World Quest serves as the proof-of-concept driving that development.
Technology
The platform is built with React 19, Three.js (via React Three Fiber), Zustand for state management, XState for state machines, TypeScript throughout, and Vite for fast development. Persistence runs on PostgreSQL + MinIO/B2 storage; auth, email, and storage are handled by the @blueforge-studio/service-* adapter family (env-driven provider swap); and intelligent NPC behavior is powered by Gemini AI.
